It's water repellent and lined with arctic-weight polyester unsulation -- that's a heavyweight quilted nylon taffeta polyester batting that knows how to fight seriously cold conditions. The hood is a three-piece design for a superior fit, and features a drawcord for adjustment. There's also a warm, wrap-around chin protector with hook-and-loop closure.
